Hare, Owl & Fox: Who's Afraid of the Dark? - Book

As the sun sets over the garden, the sky turns warm orange and red — and Hare, Owl, and Fox love watching this together. But as soon as it gets really dark, their familiar garden suddenly seems like a very different place. What are those long shadows between the bushes? And what just rustled there?

Catherine Rayner takes little viewers by the hand through that exciting first hour after sunset, making them feel that daring to do so together is much easier than alone. Her warm, watercolor-like illustrations make the dark enchanting rather than scary. A loving read-aloud book for just before bedtime.
