SHIPMENT
We ship within 1–7 business days. You'll receive a track & trace code as soon as your order is on its way.
Orders over €25 are shipped free. For orders under this amount, you'll see the exact shipping costs for each country at checkout.
We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, the United States, and England. Shipping costs vary by country.
Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
RETURNS
You can return the product within 14 days, provided it's unused and in its original packaging. Please register your return via our returns page. We cannot process your return without a return notification.
Want to return an item? First, register your return via our returns page so we can provide you with the correct return instructions and the return address. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and, if possible, include the packing slip or invoice. Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process your return within 14 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs, unless the error was ours.
Shipping costs vary by shipping method and country, and are calculated by the carrier. We recommend sending your package with a track & trace code to ensure it arrives safely.
Within 14 business days of receiving your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account you used for payment. We cannot refund to any account other than your current account.
Unpacked toys can only be returned if they are defective or were incorrectly delivered by us. In that case, we will cover the return costs and you will receive a free return label. In all other cases, the toy must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for return.
