Our suppliers and fulfillment partners act solely on behalf of WoodyKids and are contractually obligated to handle personal data carefully and securely, in accordance with the GDPR.
Our suppliers who ship products directly from their own warehouses have the right to choose their own courier for order delivery. We have no direct influence or control over this, but we require that they only work with reliable shipping partners who process personal data securely and use it solely for the delivery of your order.
4. Sharing data with third parties
In addition to suppliers and fulfillment partners, we may share your data with:
- Payment providers to process payments securely;
- Shipping and logistics partners who deliver packages;
- Technical service providers for hosting, communications and marketing support;
- Government agencies when we are legally obliged to do so.

5. Shopify
